Following the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) our priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and suppliers.
we are regularly reviewing our operations, to ensure our colleagues and suppliers are supported, and that we minimise any impact on the supply of goods.
since the outbreak was announced, we have been in regular contact with our suppliers to make alternative sourcing arrangements if required.
we have a robust sourcing strategy and strong supplier relationships that allow us to manage most risks - although the scale of this uncertainty remains difficult to predict. At present, supply interruptions are at manageable levels. however, we will remain vigilant and flexible to manage a dynamic situation.
Customer update
We would like to make customers aware that we are still reviewing the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) daily and we have taken more precaution surrounding the situation. From today 23/03/2020 WE HAVE SHUT OUR SHOWROOM but we our STILL OPEN. So if you need to come to the office to collect or deliver we ask that you please phone us on 01344625733 before doing so and telling us your name and what your collecting or delivering so we can leave it outside in line with what the Government UK have said about social distancing and we will need to take a payment over the phone before/ on arrival to collecting.
